At Muted Ritual, we carefully pack and dispatch every order with the same intention that goes into curating our skincare collection.
Shipping Basics
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout when available
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Order Issues & Support
While we work with trusted shipping partners, Muted Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Muted Ritual is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes before dispatch.
