Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tested skincare products.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mutedritual.com and include:

We'll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used skincare products

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Promotional or complimentary items

Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged item.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
